Best prepare your stay or your holidays at the Aquabella in Aix-en-Provence

The entire Aquabella Hotel & Spa team do everything necessary to guarantee you an enjoyable and quality stay. We have drawn up a list of the main useful information in order to help you to prepare for your arrival in our 4* hotel in the heart of Aix-en-Provence.   • Check-in from: 15:00
  • Check-out: 12:00
  • Reception open: 24 hours
  • Sensory Spa that is free for hotel guests over the age of 17. 
  • Laundry service available (within 24 hours) if dropped off before 09:00
  • Tourist tax: €2.50
  • Baggage trolley available
  • 50 m from the hotel: the Therm’Park public car park is €12 per night (payable directly at the hotel reception)
  • Pets admitted (€15 per night) except in Belvedère Suite.
  • Porting service available free of charge
  • Late departure possible at an additional charge
  • Disabled facilities: bathroom doors over 81 cm wide, Roman shower, wheelchair access, disabled access to the common areas
  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, Debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, [French] Luncheon Vouchers, [French] holiday vouchers,
  • Foreign languages spoken: English, Italian, Spanish
  • For the wellness and serenity of our Spa customers, only children aged 16 and over are accepted in our establishment from 01st of July to 31st of August.

 

 

SPECIAL COVID INFORMATIONS 

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) certain services & amenities may be reduce or unavailable as a result.

From August 9th 2021, for a stay in total serenity the sanitary pass will be asked you at your arrival.

Our Restaurant l’Orangerie is open : 
Lunch : 12h-14h
Dinner : 19h30-22h00

Sensory Spa and Fitness Room are open.

The heated outside swimming pool is open from 9am till 8pm.

 

 

COVID-19 SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS


TO ENSURE YOUR WELL-BEING AND SAFETY,
THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED IN ALL OF OUR ESTABLISHMENTS.

  • Social distancing is indicated with line markings on the floor for both guests and staff alike.
  • To maintain social distancing, the maximum number of people allowed in at any one time will be strictly monitored.
  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory for all guests and all staff.
  • Sanitizing gel dispensers are located in key public areas (front desk, lifts etc.)
  • All our establishments are regularly disinfected using approved virucidal detergents effective in killing viruses, bacterias and pathogenic agents.
  • Door handles, desks, lift buttons etc. are disinfected at least every 2 hours with a virucidal agent.
  • All staff have been provided with government approved individual personal protection kits and have been trained on preventive measures and guidelines.
  • Social distancing rules apply in all public spaces and in particular waiting areas, lifts and corridors.
  • The cleaning of your suite or bedroom will be carried out following government-approved protocols.
