We have drawn up a list of the main useful information in order to help you to prepare for your arrival in our 4* hotel in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. COVID-19 SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS


TO ENSURE YOUR WELL-BEING AND SAFETY,
THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED IN ALL OF OUR ESTABLISHMENTS.

  • Social distancing is indicated with line markings on the floor for both guests and staff alike.
  • To maintain social distancing, the maximum number of people allowed in at any one time will be strictly monitored.
  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory for all guests and all staff.
  • Sanitizing gel dispensers are located in key public areas (front desk, lifts etc.)
  • All our establishments are regularly disinfected using approved virucidal detergents effective in killing viruses, bacterias and pathogenic agents.
  • Door handles, desks, lift buttons etc. are disinfected at least every 2 hours with a virucidal agent.
  • All staff have been provided with government approved individual personal protection kits and have been trained on preventive measures and guidelines.
  • Social distancing rules apply in all public spaces and in particular waiting areas, lifts and corridors.

  • Prior to your arrival in order to give you in the best socially distanced Welcome possible, an email will be sent to you
    with all the necessary information.
  • The cleaning of your suite or bedroom will be carried out following government-approved protocols.
  • Our in-room services will also be carried out following government guidelines.
  • Room service orders will be taken over the phone and trays will be delivered to outside your bedroom door.
  • Traditional style Buffets are no longer allowed.
    • During high season, booking amendments & cancellations can now be made up to 24 hours prior to your arrival.
    • Special offers are now flexible and cancellable under conditions.
  • All new reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
