We had a wonderful stay at Aquabella Hotel and Spa! The reception desk was excellent. Erwan checked us in, and he was very welcoming and professional.

Other reception desk staff members were helpful, and they were all knowledgeable about Aix-en-Provence.

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to the city center, but the property is far enough away to provide quiet nights for sleeping.

We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast and especially liked the espresso coffee machines. You could select what you wanted, then the machine would do the rest, which made it easy to access and efficient for a quick refill. We just visited the bar once, but the bartender was welcoming, and the service was great.

My husband said the parking was easy, and it was very close.

We did not use the pool or the spa due to a too short visit. I had read about Aquabella in a Rick Steves travel book, and we were all pleased with the property.

The hotel is amazing, with spa and pool open for free for the customers.
There are also a restaurant and a bar inside the hotel.
The room itself is comfortable and well designed.
